Personal Listings

• Can i add more than one free listing?
• Can designers add dresses?
• I've sold my dress, how do i remove it from the site?
• I sold my dress within a few days but it says ive reached my limit. Why?

Can i add more than one free listing?
You may add 1 free listing a month. If you would like to add more, there is no limit for premium listings.

Can designers add dresses?
Dress designers/makers may not add dresses to the personal dress listings. The Off The Rack section was designed especially for dress makers.

I've sold my dress, how do i remove it from the site?
All you have to do is click the [End Listing] link next to the listing you would like to remove on your My Dresses page. Then let us know if you sold it on rinceweb.com, somewhere else or if your just wanting to remove it.

I sold my dress within a few days but it says ive reached my limit. Why?
Regardless of whether you sell a dress or not, it still counts as one listing. If you would like to add another free listing you will need to either wait until next month, or add a premium listing.

Off The Rack Listings

• I added 2 dresses (under the basic plan) and sold a dress within the month but its saying ive reached my limit. Why?

I added 2 dresses (under the basic plan) and sold a dress within the month but its saying ive reached my limit. Why?
If you add 2 dresses and sell one, you have still added 2 dresses within the month. Which is your monthly limit. You will either have to wait until next month, or add an extra off the rack listing at only £5 per dress.

How do i change my listing plan?
If you would like to change your listing plan you will need to go to paypal and cancel your subscription. When you return to our site and click Rack Account, you will be taken to an Inactive page which is where you will be able to change your listing options. Please note: If you had a plan and added the payment module separately you will have to cancel that through paypal also as it will not be done automatically!
